2. Are you insured?

Yes - we are currently insured by AAMI with $10million cover for public and product liability. We also hold professional indemnity insurance - so in the unlikely and unfortunate event that your property is damaged while we are working on it, your property is covered by our insurance. 

3. Will restoring my roof add value to my property?

Yes - according to local real estate agents, a roof restoration can add many thousands to the resale of your home. One example added $15,000 for a simple repaint and repoint of the roof.

4. What type of roofs do you work on?

5. What's the purpose of repointing a tiled roof and when should I consider having it done?

Pointing is the external part of mortar joints and can be damaged through weather and decay. Once your home is built, you should have someone inspect your roof for necessary repairs and repointing a t the ten year mark. Over ten years, the timber on your home will have dried and settled and this can cause your roof to move and potentially crack. A qualified roofer can inspect your roof for any necessary repairs and let you know if repointing is required. which will prevent potential leaks and damage. After that, it is a good idea to have your roof checked every 10 - 15 years. 

6. What's the purpose of repainting a tiled roof? 

Repainting a tiled roof will beautify your home and increase the longevity of your roof.

7. I have an older style roof, can you source new tiles for repairs?

In most cases we can identify the type of tile you have and source new tiles from the manufacturer. In the rare cases where new tiles cannot be sourced, our expertise can blend in the new and old. Call us for a quote and we will come and inspect and discuss your repair needs. 

8. I have an emergency - my roof is leaking, what should I do?
